The IFMA Tulsa Chapter membership is made up of a group of over 90 business professionals and 22 IFMA OSU student chapter members. The membership is comprised of facility management professionals and interior designers who are designated as Professional Members and individuals representing businesses that provide support services to the facility manager designated as Associate Members. The IFMA Tulsa chapter membership also includes many of the IFMA OSU student chapter members. The Tulsa chapter is a part of IFMA International, a worldwide organization headquartered in Houston, Texas that provides support and educational opportunities to its membership across the world.
A Board of Directors consisting of a President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Past-President leads the IFMA Tulsa chapter. Eight committee chairpersons and two committee co-chairs assist the Board of Directors with chapter issues and events. However, the entire membership is encouraged to serve on one or more committees to assist the committee chairs. Board of Directors meetings are held each month. A monthly program for the membership is provided on the fourth Thursday of each month. Programs are generally geared towards topics of interest to the facility management professional. Facility tours are also a popular aspect of the monthly programs. These tours enable our membership to take a "behind the scenes" look at the build out of many Tulsa's more fascinating facilities.
